1. About this document
This is a structural template for the Fans Only Terms of Service. Before launch it must be replaced with a document reviewed by a qualified lawyer and adapted to each jurisdiction where the platform is available.
2. Your account
Accounts are personal. You must meet the platform minimum age, provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. Accounts can be suspended for breaking the community guidelines.
3. Content and subscriptions
Creators are responsible for what they publish, and fans pay monthly subscriptions to access exclusive content. Access to subscriber content lasts as long as the subscription is active.
4. Fees and payments
The platform keeps a configurable percentage fee from gross revenue. The payment processor keeps its own processing fee. Available amounts can be withdrawn on request once the minimum payout threshold is reached.
